Excellent product
Excellent product. It was prescribed by my naturopath doctor. I highly recommend this product to all menopausal women. Its all natural herbs, no chemical substances, very effective for my case of severe menopausal symptoms that I was having. ( I was having horrible sudden and unexpected panic attacks of fear and anger. It was not even my personality characteristic to act like this.Today I have no panic attacks at all. It has been almost two years using it and I am back to normal me. I highly recommend it to all women suffering menopausal symptoms.

It works!!! But, be sure to take at same times each day, and use for at least 2 weeks to see true results!
I have used this supplement for the last year and half, and I would not want to be without it!! It has relieved my hot flashes and other menopause symptoms. I tried the CombiPatch, which I had a bad reaction to, and have used bio-identical hormones. I was looking for a more natural alternative. My Naturopathic doctor recommended this product. It took about two weeks to see true results, but I now have very few hot flashes, and feel so much better!! The only down side I have had is that it makes my BMs a bit loose. But, even with that I would recommend given it a try, but make sure you are consistent with taking them at the same times each day, and use the whole bottle to see true results. 🙂

Works well!
I started perimenopause a few years ago. My biggest symptom was this crazy itching all over my body. I also sometimes had night sweats and some crazy mood swings. My N.D. (naturopathic doctor) at first had me on Femmenessence, which worked well for about a 6-9 months. Your body is constantly adjusting and changing, so it was obvious that it was time to change to something different. So I’ve been taking 2 of these capsules twice a day. I feel pretty good and I’m very happy with this product.

Did not work for me & made me sweat worse 😞. Also, not sure what the gel capsule is made from but it was not easily swallowed for me & would stick to side of my throat.

This product works for me…I went off hormones after taking them for years… I have hot flashes when I don’t take it and don’t have them when I do

Worth every penny
Take consistently and hot flashes disappear. Takes about 6 – 8 weeks to eliminate hot flashes but once they’re gone, they are gone! I took this for years, switched to a cheaper Costco alternative and almost immediately began having hot flashes again. Back on these and I haven’t had a hot flash in weeks. Well worth it if you give it time to work.

I’m sure these are good for someone, just not me
I took these for three days and although I didnt have hot flashes, I had a headache everyday I took them. I’m sure the quality is good, they just didn’t work well for my body. I’d rather have hot flashes over daily headaches.
