There’s nothing soothing about this whistle..makes my dogs howl and my ears hurt..however..love the quiet long breath tool that they sell.

Perfect for sensory regulation
This whistle is not only beautiful, but also helps moderate breathing. I got this for with my almost 4-year-old to help him when he’s feeling overwhelmed. The necklace part is a little long for a child, and the whistle as you can see in my video is not super annoying. Overall this is a great product and looks very high end and high quality

More frustrating than relaxing
This necklace is very cute, but that’s about it.. It’s not quite a whistle and you have to blow into it just right to get any kind of sound which sounds like a sick whistle sound.? Which makes this frustrating more than relaxing…

Loud and not 528 Hz
I have generalized anxiety disorder and I’m experienced with things that increase and decrease my anxiety. This whistle does not help. In fact, it increases my anxiety. For one thing, the pitch is an F and not a C (~528 Hz). It is also very loud. I can blow very softly though it, but then it just squeals. It would be much better if there was a small reed inside like a harmonica. My Little Lady tiny harmonica works much better than this. Also, the clasp on the necklace is very hard to close. It increases my anxiety just trying to get it on. For me, it doesn’t do the job it is supposed to do.
