Bought for my Granddaughter. It did not work. Would not charge. I just wish the company would do a exchange. Now I have to pay for shipping again, if I choose to reorder.

So much better than other brands.
This has been a lifesaver for my teenage daughters. I bought other brands to compare, and this one was the least expensive and best by far. The vibration is quiet (unlike other brands), and it heats up so hot you can wear it over clothes and still have the hot heating pad comfort. The display on this is a lot more informative than other brands. I ended up returning the others, and ordering 2 of these, because my daughters were fighting over this one. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is because the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised (5 hours). It lasts less than 2 hours, but that’s with everything on full blast.

This thing is killer. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. Between the heat settings and various vibration levels its been great for pain relief or discomfort in general.It fits well and seems to be quite durable.Overall I couldn’t recommend this more.

This product heats up really fast an the auto shut off is perfect plus the design is slim an perfect size plus the pain relief is instant an the power button is amazing. I also have PCOS an endometriosis this is a must have.

Convenient but not long lasting
Though this product is convenient, it dies too fast for my liking. Its a nice size and it’s easier to do things while it stays on like a seatbelt and a fanny pack, again, even with me charging it with the recommended amount- with using both the heat and the vibration, it drains the battery even more and so you have to recharge every time. Yes, it’s convenient and the vibration and heat combo helps my cramps, the big thing is that it dies faster than I thought….
