Don’t like the voice
Works as described, the voice turns on when you turn it on and makes for an awkward conversation if your trying to use it at work, I like how it has an auto-off feature.

I do not know why it works, but it does great for cramps
I got this as a trial to see if it could help with cramping and honestly I was blown away by how well it works to calm the pain and relax the muscles. I thought that I was just getting a heating pad, but then I noticed that there were more settings available than I had expected. At first I thought that the vibrate function was going to be just another gimmick, but I am happy to admit that I was wrong. The combination of heat and gentle vibration makes a huge difference in both the intensity and the frequency of cramps.There are a lot of great features to this portable heating pad:- It is lightweight and there are no small parts to lose- Turning it on and adjusting the settings is simple- It can last nearly 12 hours on a single charge with moderate use- I have used it until the battery ran out multiple times and it does not seem to be having any issues- The fabric that goes towards your skin is soft and comfortable- The belt is easy to adjust and has smooth edges so it is comfortable to wear- It is very effective at relieving the pain and tension of cramps.- The color is relatively inconspicuous and unless it is turned on, it just looks like a waist bag.There are some minor issues with the heating pad that are worth mentioning:- The voice that announces changes to the settings, or when the device is powering down, or low on battery power is very loud and cannot be turned down or muted.- The amount of time that the device stays on is a bit short and cannot be extended- The belt part is hard to clip or unclip- The buttons are shifting and getting progressively harder to press- There is no way to remove any of the cloth pieces and wash them, this will eventually become a problem- The actual heat level is much lower than what the machine claimsOverall, this is a great item and makes a huge difference for anyone who experiences cramps and needs some relief.

This purple heating pad works great. It warmed my tummy with a steady ,comfortable temperature. Using it helped decrease the cramps I ha. It’ s easy to use while I am sitting and lying down. Definitely worth it.

I do love it. I have had it for month now. I do use it everyday. I have crohns disease and when food gets stuck in my intestines thejeat and vibration mode works great. Also does work great for my cramps too. The only reason why I have it 4 stars is the buttons are.getting harder to push. Which worries me to how long the bottoms will keep working.
