I’ve been taking Horbäach Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins for a few weeks, and I can already see a difference. I wanted to give these Horbäach Hair, Skin & Nails Vitamins a long, honest trial before reviewing them, and after taking them consistently, I can say they’ve made a huge difference for me. I lost a good amount of weight over the past year and a half, and one of the downsides was major thinning and brittleness in my nails, along with some slight hair thinning. I needed something that actually worked, not just a quick fix.These vitamins have been a game‑changer. Even though the recommended dose is three softgels a day, I only take two, and that’s been more than enough. My nails are growing faster than ever, with zero brittleness and no more random breaks. My hair is also growing noticeably quicker. I used to get a haircut every five to six weeks, and now I’m going every three to four because it grows out so much faster.The price is right, especially for a bottle of 300 softgels, and the results have been absolutely worth it. I highly recommend these to anyone looking to strengthen their nails or support fuller, healthier hair.One thing to note: the first bathroom trip of the day after taking these turns your urine a bright fluorescent yellow. Excellent product
I am very pleased with this product. It is faaarr better than Nature’s Bounty. My nails have stopped breaking off into the quick, and my hair has stopped falling out, which is what was happening with the other product. Unfortunately, I don’t see any changes in my skin, and yes, there is an odd smell initially, but that has gone away over time. The payoff is so worth it!

Easy to swallow pills
I’m not great with pills, but these are easy to swallow and do not affect my stomach in any way. However, they do smell strong. Be prepared for that when you open the bottle. They also can add a stronger smell to your urine. But I am already seeing results with my nails and hair. My skin is starting to feel softer and less dry as well.

Finally a supplement that makes a noticeable difference
I’ve been taking these for about 4 months & can report that they have made a huge difference in my nails. I used to have them break very easily and so had to keep them super short. Now they are longer & rarely does one break. They seem thicker & less flexible. Overall this is one supplement that works.I have not seen a big change in my hair yet, but in 4 months there’s only a couple of inches growth, so it may be thicker but it would be hard to tell with my long hair.

The smell
Let me start with- these smell absolutely horrible. I don’t normally write reviews but I dont think others elaborated on how awful it really is. I wasn’t ready. My house smelled like them for 2 days just from peeling off the safety seal. I have to keep the bottle in a zip lock bag because you can smell them through the bottle sitting on the counter. Hold your nose and take them with something other than water and it’s not so bad. With that said- they are potent but work. I’m about a week in or maybe a little over and my boyfriend made a comment this morning that my skin looked super good and glowy. I havent changed anything else so it has to be these!

I am not sure if the effectiveness off the supplement just yet. I have only take for 2 days but I will say the taste is horrendous. I really hope it’s worth it..
