These are actually pretty yummy and I feel like when I was sick these helped me a lot. Smell like watermelon when you open it and effective in my opinion.

Gross taste but does the job!
Not a fan of the taste (I consume it dry). I’ve never liked mango tho. Only bought this bc the melon flavor is out of stock. Just creating this review so I can remember next time I consider it.

Good for Travel
I have a Foucusaid in a can every morning. This is the powder form I use for traveling. It dissolves best in room temp water, taste is similar to can version but not bubbly. I dissolve it in room temp water and then add ice which improves the taste. The vitamin content is the same as the can version.

This is a Great Product.
FITAID is delicious. I got it and didn’t know what to expect but I had been looing for a high electrolyte beverage that was also delicious. I train hard and I am a big guy, this has been really great for increased cardio training and keeping me hydrated. It’s also helped me keep my bp down by keeping a better electrolyte balance during recovery.

Great flavor. Sugar-free, naturally sweetened. Perfect to take it on your bag for any workout or even if you workout at home. Gives you a boost of energy to continue with your workout. I’ve been using the FITAID Hydrate Clean Electrolyte Mix in Pink Lemonade, and I really like it! It’s easy to mix, tastes refreshing, and gives a good boost during workouts.

Tasted bad and gave me stabbing pains in my kidney.
I used one in the morning and by the afternoon was having a sharp stabbing pain in my back then I realized it was my kidney. They did not taste good either. I couldn’t make myself try a second one the next day to see if the pain came back, but I had never had that before or since, so I am pretty confident my body was telling me NO to this product.
