This is a wonderful product for the winter. The light this gives off is very beneficial. I love that it can be folded and put away. Touch control is very sensitive and adjusting it is super easy. It has a clean modern look to it which is appealing.

Better than other bulky happy lights!
I live in Seattle so I use this light to get my morning light and dose of “sunshine” because of the lack of real sunlight in the winter/fall/spring here. I used to have another bulky happy light and I needed to replace the bulb. The cost of buying a new bulb was essentially the same as this one, so I decided to try it. I wanted something that was going to be sleek that I could leave on the kitchen counter. I love this one. It folds up super smoothly and I love that the light is kind of coming from above (I’ve heard that’s better because it mimicks sunlight more). One weird thing about this light is there is a light on that back which I haven’t quite figured out the purpose for that. The sensors for turning the lights on and off are also very sensitive, which is good because they turn off easy but can sometimes be bad cause sometimes you will accidentally turn it on when you move it. But overall giving it 5 stars because of the great sleek design and it’s much better and more aesthetically pleasing than other happy lights I’ve used and it gets the job done!

Great therapy lamp!
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much because the cost was so low. However it works great! I love that it has such a small base and profile. The fact that it’s operated by touch and has 3 light settings is helpful since I have medical issues that sometimes make knobs and switches a bit difficult for me. It also has a bonus nightlight on the back that is also operated by touch. I love this little lamp and recommend it to anyone needing it. I’ll be buying one for a couple of my adult kids too!

Consumers: Read The User Guide Before you use this Product! There are Precautions Listed!
This was just delivered. I read the User Guide and it has 6 Precautions ( none were mentioned in the product description! States do not use if you have retinal diseases or diabetes, if you taking pain relievers, antihypertensives, or antidepressants, cateracts, glaucoma, or an inflammation. Well, I fall into this category. Why is this caution not included in the product description up front? I am very disappointed and will be returning this item. Additionally, I read every comment from people who have purchased this. No one mentioned these cautions. Maybe they do not read the user guides. So, buyers beware.

Moved from a sunny city to one where it rains half the year. My first winter was probably the most depressed I’d ever been, so I bought this in preparation for my second winter. I place it on my desk behind my laptop and use it as a light daily for work Zoom calls, which works perfectly to look at it indirectly. I like that it doesn’t take up much desk space and the light is higher up compared to the classic little rectangle ones. I feel a ton better than I did this time last year.

After learning I had a severe vitamin D deficiency which was affecting my mood, cognitive funcion and even my physical well being, my Doctor suggested I try Vitamin supplements and a light therapy lamp. After reading several of the reviews, I decided to go with this one.I love that it is so light and portable. It has a very easy touch function for switching between modes and turning the light on and off. There is a small nightlight at the back that is also touch activated.I’ve been using it daily for about two weeks now and I’ve definitely noticed a visible improvement in all the previous above mentioned side effects of the Vitamin D deficiency.As a bonus, it works great as a selfie light too!

Pretty bright light with a cute little nightlight in the back, however there are only three brightest settings and one hue for the main light: cool. There’s a warm night light in the back but it’s kinda inconvenient. But the light therapy seems to work 🤷♀️
