great quality and functions
This therapy lamp has met my expectations a lot. The color, the touch and style. I love it alot. The red night light helps my sleep better and it also changes color by touching. Great quality and very functional.

Helpful for sleep quality but pricey with some concerns
I’ve had consistent trouble sleeping well for almost a decade, so I was eager to try anything that might help. The red light seems to have led to some more restful nights and helps set a tone for sleep before dozing off. The 670nm wavelength does create a calming atmosphere that makes winding down easier.The remote control is convenient–being able to adjust settings without getting up is a real plus. The timer mode (with options for 30/60/90/120 minutes) works well for having the light turn off automatically after you’ve fallen asleep. The touch controls on the back are functional, though the remote is easier to use in the dark.The build quality seems solid and the design is clean and modern. The brightness levels are adjustable, which is useful for finding what works best for you. I’m not sure all the different levels of red light–and the various white light options–are really needed, but maybe some people use them. The red light itself is quite deep and creates a relaxing environment.My concerns are threefold. First, it’s somewhat pricey for what amounts to a small light, though I’m not sure if the red lighting technology adds to manufacturing costs. Second, I’ve noticed that I’ve woken up with headaches 3-4 times since owning this, which almost never happened before. I get headaches frequently enough that I take migraine medicine, but rarely wake up with one. This could just be coincidence–I don’t want to definitively state the red light *caused* the headaches, but it’s worth noting. Third, the light is fairly small for the price point.Despite these reservations, if you struggle with sleep like I do, it may be worth trying. The sleep quality improvement has been noticeable enough to keep using it, just with some caution about potential side effects.

Well designed with powerful functions
I love it a lot. It takes less space on the night stand and with enough light I need. It changes color also makes my sleep better. Very easy to use by just touching the light. Well designed and well controlled.

Holy Cow it works!
I got this because the days are mighty short in the Great Northeast in the winter and all the gray can be overwhelming. I figured, what the heck and bought it. WOWZERS. I use the red light at night to offset the Mr’s television glare and within 15 minutes EVERY TIME I am asleep. Life changing. But if that weren’t enough, in the morning, I take that same light, put it on daylight and do my 5am workout. It feels like the sun is shining down on me! Absolutely worth every penny and now I want to buy one for every floor of the house so that I always have one of these brilliant things at the ready.
