I have have water retention problems and Midol was literally the magic pill. Both for PMS and period bloating and other times my body decides to hold on to excess. No flavour, no smell, perfectly packaged. Never had any adverse symptoms, people that mention dizziness or headaches is because they are not drinking enough water. Even when you take this, and ESPECIALLY when you do you must make sure you drink the necessary amount of water. I’ve been taking them for years, perfectly safe and effective as long as you follow instructions.
