I loved this Mirlray smart ring because it combines an elegant design (it looks like jewelry) with super useful features. It’s comfortable and lightweight, so you can wear it all day without it getting in the way while sleeping. The app is easy to use and lets you track 24/7 heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), activity, and sleep monitoring, which has helped me better understand my habits. The battery lasts several days (about 5–7 days) and charges quickly (around 1.5 hours). It’s also water-resistant, so I don’t have to take it off to wash my hands or for everyday use. It also includes movement/sport modes, which makes it even more complete. Very good quality, beautiful, and an excellent value for the price.

I’m very impressed with this smart ring from Mirlray. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and the gold finish looks beautiful. The health tracking features are accurate, especially the heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring. I would five star this product hands down if not for two things one, it stopped charging and it’s not been but a month I think. Now when I bought it I think I read that in two other comments and maybe it was just a fluke but everyone’s stops working or charging. And two size ten is actually like 9 1/2 so if u are a size ten go half size up on the ring. However I’d suggest not buying intill they fix the battery charging issue.

The ring did not fit me well, and I struggled to keep it on (too big). I also don’t feel like the app gave me any new insights that I didn’t already know. However it was easy to set up.
