I’M BLOWN AWAY
I don’t know how this product works so well. My period is usually miserable with cramps, irritability, mood swings and whatever that pain is where it feels like your undercarriage was punched lol. The dosage is two pills up to four times a day. I started taking these 2 days before my period and continued it through the worst 3 days in the beginning. I did not have ANY pain or mood issues. Bleeding was the same but it almost felt confusing bc no other usual symptoms were present. I hate that you have to take so many pills and this product being expensive for the dosage, but it’s the only thing that works incredibly for me. Buying the 10 ct pack is almost pointless as it will only last you 2.5 days ugh. If you stuggle with period pain, TRY IT at least. Four stars just because of the price.

It actually works. Much less pain. Not less bleeding though, as far as I’ve noticed. But then maybe i already have the “right amount” of bleeding. It’s not going to work against your body.

This supplement is a game changer it really helps not only myself with my pms symptoms, my 16yr old loves these too! The only thing I’d change is, I just wish the bottle weren’t less than half full. Because these are a little pricey but they do work.

Works super well. Balances out my hormones good. Helps with my stomach pain a lot. Its definitely a new constant in my monthly cycle

I did not go in expecting much other than a waste of my money, but the day before and first day of my cycle are very intense and painful. I usually cannot stand upright or keep my eyes open and the cramping is debilitating. I have missed work quite a bit because of the symptoms. I’ve been using Semaine for three months now and the difference is like night and day. Each month, the days in my cycle that would take me out have been getting better. This month, though, I can REALLY feel the difference. My mood is more upbeat, the cramping is so that I only have to take a few ibuprofen (when before I was taking them like candy) and my energy levels are massively different. The brain fog is gone too. This month, I took four pills a couple days before I was due to start and six pills on the day I started. I do wish a pack was enough to get you through a cycle at the recommended dosage. It is still WELL WORTH IT! I no longer dread my period beginning like I have for years.

Semaine Review: Disappointed and FrustratedI was so excited to give Semaine a try after reading all the glowing reviews and promises of reducing bloat, discomfort, and regulating cycles. Unfortunately, my experience with the product was a huge letdown.Not only did it fail to alleviate my bloating and discomfort as advertised, but it actually disrupted my cycle completely. I’ve always been very regular, with cycles arriving every 25-26 days like clockwork, but since starting Semaine, my cycle has disappeared entirely. This disruption has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m really unhappy with the result.On top of that, having to take so many pills in such a short window of time felt overwhelming, especially for the steep price they charge for such a small amount of tablets. Honestly, I expected much better.For anyone considering this product, I would highly suggest avoiding it. It didn’t deliver on its promises, and I certainly won’t be recommending or repurchasing it.

I have always had severe pain on the first day of my period to the point where I’m trembling on the bathroom floor. I also have really bad bloating before and the first day. I’ve been using prescription pain meds the last 6 years. I was hoping to find something natural to help. This helps my mood, but unfortunately it did not help with the bloating or pain :/ I also tried this a few times..
