Great smart ring, for a great price! Does not tarnish. It’s waterproof. I have taken showers, washed hands multiple times and still pretty. It’s comes with instructions all you do is download app and make simple account. It tracks BP, HR, sleep. Very light weight and comfortable. It’s easy to connect to phone/devices. Stays charge for 3 days max I have seen. The app is simple and easy to manage and use.

I am giving this ring 5 stars for the overall performance. I would take away 1 star because after 3 days the battery is at 39% but I am giving back 1 star because it takes. Less than 2 hours to re charge. It is very accurate with blood pressure, sleep history and steps. I am assuming that the rest of the health data is accurate as well. I got the color, rose gold and really like it as well as the matte finish. I ordered my normal ring size, which fits perfectly. I am wearing it on my right hand ring finger. I only take it off to charge it. It does well in the shower and washing my hands. Very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

Perfect Fit and Great Features!
I chose this smart ring because it offered larger sizes than a lot of the other brands, and that alone made a big difference. I also love the satin finish option, which matches my wedding ring perfectly without looking too shiny or out of place.The app is easy to use and connecting the ring was simple. It’s been really helpful having blood pressure, stress levels, heart rate, steps, and fitness tracking all in one place. I also appreciate the built-in exercise programs because they give much more accurate readings than some of the other trackers I’ve tried.I’m fairly active and I usually get about three days of battery life if I forget to charge it, but most mornings I just charge it while I’m in the shower so I can wear it all day and night. That way I get my sleep quality data too. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade and I’m really happy with it.

Great for the price except steps are not always accurate
I have found everything to be good about the ring, except the step tracking contrary to the reveled, was having a problem with wifi while walking yesterday and it missed a significant amount of steps that my phone picked up. I’m talking thousands. so If you are waking , make sure it’s moving or in the sports mode. Everything else seems great for the price, comfortable to wear. Very easy set up , my first ring was defective so had a replacement; struggled with the first one for hours, but once I received the new one, set up was about 2 minutes. So if set up isnt easy, something may be wrong.

Great budget smart ring
This is a really great budget smart ring if you’re looking to avoid the higher price tag of the Oura ring and/or the monthly subscription fees. I purchased a size 7 and it’s very true to size (my wedding ring is 5.5 for reference). The gold color leans a bit rosy, as you can see compared to my gold wedding ring, but I prefer that to a brassy gold.As for function, I love that I can track my walking distance, pacing, and calories burned. I mainly purchased the ring to monitor my heart rate during exercise to avoid autoimmune flare ups. It has been perfect in that regard. I use a stationary bike for cycling and was bummed that the ring will only track calories, pace and speed on an actual bike, although it makes sense.The sleep tracking does not work, in my experience. It registered that I slept through the night multiple nights in a row, which is untrue because I get up to go to the bathroom 1-2 times every night. I’ve read that even expensive rings like Oura have issues with tracking sleep. I just charge my ring overnight instead. The charge lasts a few days, which works for me.I use this ring every day and have only had connectivity issues a couple of times (I’ve had the ring for ~4 months). I’ve noticed that this happens when my internet signal is temporarily compromised or my phone is switching from wifi to 5G. I try to keep my phone as close to the ring as possible to avoid this.The app is very simple to navigate and I haven’t had any issues or qualms there. The step count is very accurate (cross checked with my Iphone’s step count).Overall, this ring looks nice, it was really affordable and it does exactly what I intended when purchasing. I’d definitely recommend it.
