Comfortable support that actually helps
I bought this back brace mainly to help with posture and some everyday back discomfort, and it’s made a noticeable difference. It’s easy to put on, adjustable, and comfortable enough to wear while working or doing things around the house.I like that it provides support without feeling stiff or restrictive. It gently reminds me to sit and stand straighter instead of forcing an uncomfortable position. I was also able to wear it under a hoodie or loose top without it being super obvious.If you’re looking for a simple, wearable posture corrector that offers real support without being bulky, this is a great option. I’ve been happy with it and use it regularly.

1 Star – Completely Useless. Don’t Waste Your Money.I purchased this back brace hoping it would help with posture correction and back pain relief—and it failed on every front. The material is flimsy, thin, and cheaply made. It offers zero real support and feels more like a costume corset accessory than a back brace. There are no proper adjustment options to actually align your posture or support your spine, and once it’s on, it just kind of sits there doing nothing.I’m shocked this is even being sold as a back support garment. It doesn’t provide compression, structure, or any measurable benefit. Total waste of money. I regret not reading more critical reviews before purchasing—hopefully, this helps someone else avoid making the same mistake.Skip this and spend your money on a real orthopedic or chiropractor-approved brace. This is just false advertising wrapped in cheap fabric.

Good fit. Definitely helps my back.ONLY issue, is that you need to wear a thin undershirt.Otherwise shoulder harness rubs & hurts pretty bad 😩💯

I was considering whether I would wear a heavier built brace and decided to get one of these to see if I even could stand something similar, and reasoned if I do like it, I can wear it under clothes. It works very well although I’m sure not as supportive as a heavier version, it is great as a trainer working up to that and also very comfy so can be worn for long periods of time. It helps with back pain and a good bit with posture. I ordered the size according to the chart and it fits okay but if I order another I am going a size smaller just for the extra pressure on shoulders and waste although it likely won’t be as comfy to be worn as long at a time. I might order another as well as I may order a heavier more adjustable version of a back brace. I am glad I got it. It has helped already, is well made and a good value for the price. My only complaint is the shoulders aren’t adjustable and they could be a little bit tighter for me but overall it is a good purchase. I think especially if you have never worn a brace like this before it is a great way to test it out and get used to retraining your muscles.

Posture correction
I saw a lot of comments on this posture corrector/waist trainer being uncomfortable and was a little nervous. To me it is not horribly uncomfortable, just effective at it’s job. If you are using correct posture it isn’t bad and only becomes uncomfortable when slouching. It does hug your armpit since it is supposed to pull your shoulders back. I am 5’2 and 150 pounds and ordered a medium, should have ordered a small though because the waist trainer part of it is not tight enough. Good product if you are looking for posture correction, probably not the best if you have sensitive armpits but realistically if you are going for posture correction it’s always going to be all up in your pits that way it can pull your shoulders back.

Good support but sized too large (ordered M; should have gotten S) & I had to fix the arm straps
Updated: Being handy with a needle and thread, I released the front straps and repositioned them to the first rib (from the back) and the fit is MUCH better. It does not rub the underarm skin raw and it pulls the shoulders back into a much more natural straight position (WHICH IS WHAT I NEED). Shame I have to do this myself but whomever designed this top was on to something good and would have a best seller if the straps were NOT looped under the arms to meet in the back.Absolutely love this purchase. The pressure on the lower back (for support) is instant and incredible. The shoulder straps are slightly padded and add comfort BUT the material cuts HARD into the underarms and the sizing is all wrong. I am 5’5″ and weigh 142 and ordered a M (based on my normal clothing size). I feel the compression could be and should be tighter so if I order another, I will order a S. Otherwise, love this piece!!!! The reason for the 2 stars is because having just bought a brand new item, I should not have to alter it to actually fit better
